Full payment is due when services are rendered. A 5% cash courtesy is given to patients who prepay for major work in full. Senior citizens who are at least 65 years young receive a 10% cash courtesy when paying in full. We accept cash, checks, and most credit and debit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and CareCredit). CareCredit is a healthcare credit card with interest-free payment options for qualified cardholders.

Flexible payment plan options are available for services exceeding $500. This affords many patients easy monthly payments, some with interest and some without. There is no reason to postpone necessary dental treatment. For cash payers, we can work out a lay-away plan.

ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENT OF DENTAL INSURANCE BENEFITS:

If you have a dental insurance plan that gives you the freedom to choose ANY dentist, including any dentist NOT on a provider list, then we can accept assignment of your insurance benefits. There are only very few exceptions to this. Our office does not participate in any DMO or HMO dental plans. Such plans do not give you the freedom to choose your own doctor. If you have a choice, do not choose such a plan. It may be cheaper, but not necessarily better. Accepting your insurance is an office courtesy and will significantly reduce your costs, leaving you to pay your deductible, co-payment, and any amounts not covered by your plan.

We urge you to read your entire dental plan contract and be familiar with its terms and limitations. We have no access to this information and can only give you estimates of your out-of-pocket expenses. Our office software is set up to file claims electronically. All we need is a copy of your insurance card and a way to verify coverage before accepting your insurance.
