Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.  Receive a 5% savings when paying in advance for major services ($500 or more) with cash or check. Seniors who are at least 65 years young receive 10% savings when paying by cash or check.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements were made in advance.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Austin Office Phone Number 512-451-1222. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance limitations.

Insurance Billing

If you have dental insurance, we collect your part of the bill at the time of service.  This means that your deductibles and co-payments are due when services are rendered.  As a courtesy, we accept assignment of your dental insurance benefits.  This means that we file an insurance claim on your behalf, and we wait for your insurance company to reimburse us.  This can take weeks or months.  Discounts are unavailable with assignment of benefits.

Patient Billing

We will send you a monthly statement if a balance is owed.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
